The Role
We are seeking a motivated and highly organised School Officer to join our administrative team.
This is a key support role, providing essential services that help ensure the smooth and efficient running of the school.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, helping to create a welcoming and professional front office environment.
You'll provide general administrative support, assist with financial tasks, and help manage school facilities and resources.
This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, quick-paced setting, has strong attention to detail, and values being part of a supportive team that makes a difference.
Promote a warm and welcoming environment that reflects the school's values.
Be student-focused, solutions-oriented and professionally driven.
Receive and welcome guests, providing customer service that aligns with the school's values.
Provide administrative support to the front office, including backup reception duties.
Manage student matters with care, discretion and professionalism.
Contribute to the overall administrative needs of the school.
Support the enrolment process as required.

Eligibility
be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start; and
consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.

Application Requirements
A CV of up to three (3) pages outlining your employment history and professional learning summary relevant to this position; and
A four (4) page statement addressing the selection criteria as outlined in the attached JDF
Demonstrated experience in providing general office administrative support with ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
Demonstrated ability to use computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills, including application of customer service principles and practices.
Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
