Join NT PHN in a senior leadership role responsible for providing strategic leadership and coordination across data, analytics, digital health enablement and reporting functions.
The Data and Digital Health Manager will support evidence-based decision-making and digital health improvement across the organisation by building organisational capability, strengthening data quality and governance, and ensuring reporting and insights effectively inform operational delivery and strategic priorities.
Through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, this role will drive the development and adoption of data-driven practices and innovative digital health solutions that enhance health outcomes across the Northern Territory.
About You
Knowledge or training equivalent to a relevant postgraduate degree and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education and training in information management, data analytics, health informatics, digital health, business, information technology or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience leading data, analytics, reporting or digital health functions in a complex organisation, preferably within healthcare, community services or a related sector.
Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, reporting frameworks, analytics practices and digital health systems.
Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, lead cross-functional work, manage competing priorities and deliver initiatives in a structured and outcomes-focused way.
Highly developed communication, problem-solving and leadership skills, with a demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, collaboration and service excellence.
About the Role
This role provides leadership across data, analytics and digital health functions,



ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and priorities while maintaining a strong on-site team presence.
Key priorities include:
Leading the development and implementation of data and digital health strategies to drive system improvement and innovation.
Strengthening organisational data maturity and digital capability by identifying and progressing improvement opportunities.
Establishing and maintaining robust data governance frameworks, including policies, processes and compliance with relevant standards and legislation.
Driving improvements in data quality, integrity, accessibility and security across organisational systems.
Overseeing the development of high-quality reporting, dashboards and analytics that support operational and strategic decision-making.
Translating complex data into meaningful insights and ensuring reporting meets organisational, funding and sector requirements.
Leading the implementation of digital health initiatives and supporting the design and adoption of innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
Monitoring emerging digital health trends, technologies and policies to inform organisational direction and future planning.
Building strong stakeholder relationships and strengthening organisational capability in data and digital health by enabling staff to effectively use data.
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, evidence-based practice and active,



face-to-face collaboration that supports team cohesion, leadership visibility and organisational effectiveness.

To be successful in your application, you must have legal working rights in Australia.
This role may require travel within the Northern Territory, including remote communities and interstate.
A current NT driver's licence, police clearance and Ochre card are required for this position.
