The Role
Working as part of a site team, you'll perform general labouring duties, assist with operating plant and equipment, and support truck driving tasks across a variety of civil construction projects.
You'll help maintain site presentation and safety standards, complete daily QA/site paperwork, and learn to read and interpret plans and levels — all under the guidance of your Site Supervisor.
About You
Some previous experience in civil construction or a labouring role
Current Driver's Licence (Class MR, HR or HC are highly desirable)
General Construction Induction Card (White Card)




Physically able to undertake manual work, with a positive, team-first attitude
Able to work productively with minimal supervision
Desirable: LS Skidsteer, Excavator, Roller, Articulated Haul Truck or Watercart VOC/SOA; Asbestos Awareness; Underground Services Awareness
