This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who lives and breathes fashion design.
As a Senior Designer for Sneaky Link (our in-house brand), you'll play a key role in creating collections that are commercial, trend-driven and unmistakably Sneaky Link.
From concept development and trend forecasting through to fittings and final product sign-off, you'll work closely with the founders to bring each collection to life.
We're looking for someone with exceptional taste, a solid commercial mindset, and the ability to balance creativity with the fast pace of a rapidly growing fashion brand.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Trend Forecasting
Conduct global trend research across fashion, colour, fabrics, silhouettes and emerging consumer behaviour
Monitor competitors and the wider fashion landscape to identify opportunities for innovation
Build seasonal inspiration, mood boards and trend presentations to guide collection direction
Design & Range Development
Design commercially strong collections that align with the Sneaky Link aesthetic and customer
Develop seasonal range plans and product assortments across multiple categories
Create detailed design briefs and collaborate with technical teams to ensure design intent is achieved
Ensure every product balances trend relevance, quality, wearability and commercial performance
Product Development & Fit
Lead fittings and provide clear feedback to refine fit, proportion and construction
Review samples to ensure they meet brand quality and design standards




Work closely with the product development team to ensure designs are executed accurately from concept through to final sample
Continuously refine products to deliver the best possible customer experience
Partner with the Creative and Marketing teams on campaign concepts, moodboards and launch direction
Support photoshoots by ensuring styling, product selection and collection storytelling align with the brand vision
Maintain consistency across every customer touchpoint, from product through to campaign imagery
Team & Brand Leadership
Collaborate with the design team, encouraging creativity, innovation and high standards
Help evolve and strengthen the Sneaky Link aesthetic as the brand continues to grow
Contribute ideas that push the brand creatively while remaining commercially focused
Ideal Candidate
5+ years' experience in a senior fashion design role
Strong understanding of trend forecasting, garment construction and product development
Proven experience designing commercially successful collections
Exceptional taste with a deep understanding of contemporary women's fashion
Confident leading fittings and making product decisions
Highly organised, proactive and collaborative
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and comfortable working across Notion, Slack and Google Workspace
