This is a great opportunity for a Senior Desktop Support Analyst to join a skilled services organisation, as part of one of the leading organisations in their field.
You will be responsible for supporting VIPs and continue to grow the relationship between IT and the wider business.
Experience working within a professional corporate environment will be extremely valuable for you to hit the ground running.
About you
Excellent communication, with experience dealing with senior stakeholders.
Hands on experience with Microsoft technologies - M365, Exchange, Teams, Active Directory.
Experience supporting hardware issues with laptops, phones, printer issues.
AV experience considered favourably.




Experience offering support both remotely and in person.
Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
Relevant qualifications in IT or related field.
About the role
Providing deskside support to users, including VIPs.
Troubleshoot issues with desktops, notebooks, mobile devices.
Record, update, and track helpdesk incidents and requests.
Work proactively to find areas in which Service Delivery to the wider business can be improved
Show excellent customer service skills while dealing with all levels of stakeholders throughout the business.
