Job Description:
System Z Technical Expertise
Recognized technical contributor with solid z/OS system programming skills on the mainframe platform, not as computer operator, with minimum 18 years' experience is free to apply.
Strong exposure on adoption of product solutions/portfolio is a prerequisite.
Proven ability to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of numerous variable factors is mandatory.
Solid experience in mainframe Cybersecurity and/or DevOps is a must.
Able to conduct technical presentations and/or Proof of Value with little supervision
Working understanding of core business applications in FSI and/or government
Architectural understanding of Hybrid Cloud integrating System z with public and private cloud
Self-starter: requires independent daily decision‐making capabilities and actions.
Technical Skills
Experienced on z/OS, preferably z/OS 3.1 and above
ZOWE proficiency
z/OSMF proficiency
SMP/e proficiency
AT-TLS skills – a prerequisite
SAF (RACF, ACF2, TSS) skills - a prerequisite
Unix/Linux, and containers some exposure to installing/configuring modern software would be beneficial.
Working expertise in mainframe DevOps adoption (Endevor, Testing tools, Git, etc).
Minimum 18 years of strong hands‐on experience as system programmer on mainframe platform, not as computer operator,



is mandatory.

Structured communication: Clear insights delivered at different executive and technical levels
Client management: Quickly building and sustaining trust.
Comfortable to network with key contacts outside own area of expertise internally externally is an added advantage.
