Overview
We are looking for a Regional Manager for Australia + Current New Zealand to grow Fever's pipeline of original events across these regions.
The role includes managing a team, overseeing the regional P&L;, and building local industry relationships.
Responsibilities
Build and manage the regional team (Project Managers, Producers, Location Scouters, etc.) to drive growth.
Ensure team members meet quality and revenue goals through regular performance audits.
Define the region's growth strategy, ensuring maximum sales performance, customer excellence, and operational quality.
Manage the local portfolio of experiences based on data analysis to increase Fever's market penetration.
Develop and maintain high‐level relationships with C‐level executives of major entertainment companies.
Manage key local partners and expand the local network.
Negotiate and close business deals with partners.
Support the scalability of our experiences in other cities (travel may be required).
Report performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to local team members.
Execute detailed analysis of business opportunities and processes.
Represent Fever at local events and stakeholder conversations.
Qualifications
10+ years of project management, startup, or consulting experience.
Preferred MBA from a top‐tier school.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong analytical, organizational, and large‐team management skills.
Solution‐focused mindset with entrepreneurial spirit.
Experience managing complex projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication; adept at building relationships with C‐level executives.
Ability to influence and persuade at all organizational levels.




Capability to coordinate and audit internal and external teams for success.
Extensive networking skills and ability to forge partnerships.
Advanced commercial acumen: understand counterparties, find leverage, and negotiate high‐value deals on favorable terms.
Curious, willing to push boundaries, and comfortable with high visibility exposure.
Capacity to handle large workloads and parallel work streams.
No event‐production background is required.

Hiring Process
A 30‐minute video call with a Talent Acquisition Manager.
A 60‐minute online test covering logic, analytics, and written understanding.
A 30‐minute interview with the future manager.
A 45‐minute video call with the future manager and another FO manager, including a business case presentation.
On average, the process lasts 20 working days and offers usually follow within a week.
