Job Overview
Future Students Coordinator (Indigenous Identified) – based in Australia, Sydney, NSW.
Full‐time, fixed‐term contract until July ****.
Remuneration: Level 6 $108,000 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading.

Responsibilities
Contribute to a positive and dynamic Nura Gili community.
Collaborate with the Indigenous Student Success Team to build relationships with schools, vocational education providers and community groups, identify cohorts, and connect with prospective Indigenous students.
Develop and maintain a communications schedule and content to provide timely advice on UNSW recruitment and access pathways.
Support the implementation, coordination and planning of community and school‐based activities and engagement, constantly improving Indigenous recruitment outcomes in line with targets and milestones.
Qualifications
Self‐identification as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander; evidence of Aboriginality must be provided.
Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent experience or equivalent competence.
Demonstrated experience contributing to Indigenous programs that produce positive outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
High‐level project/program management skills with the ability to respond to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines.
Ability to create positive, vibrant and respectful relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,



with a high level of attention to detail.
Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative and working independently.
Understanding of and commitment to UNSW's aims, objectives and values in action, together with relevant policies and guidelines.
