THE OPPORTUNITY
Tilford Auto Group is a proudly Tasmanian family-owned business and a leading provider of automotive solutions to our community.
We are looking for an experiencedPre-Delivery Managerto take ownership of the coordination and preparation of our recent vehicle deliveries.
This is a hands‐on role at the centre of our delivery process, bringing together sales, internal departments and third-party suppliers to ensure every vehicle is ready on time and to the standard our customers expect.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Coordinating the fit‐out, preparation and timely completion of all new vehicle deliveries.
Coordinate the service wash and vacuum team.
Acting as the key point of contact between Tilford, our sales teams, internal departments and third‐party suppliers.
Keeping all stakeholders informed and dealing with issues early to keep deliveries on track.
Managing the day‐to‐day administration and records that support an efficient pre‐delivery operation.
Helping create a seamless handover experience for both our sales teams and customers.
ABOUT YOU
You will be someone who enjoys being organised, takes ownership and can keep multiple moving parts under control.
Ideally, you will bring:
A friendly, professional and approachable manner.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‐paced environment.
A reliable, proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience with an automotive dealer management system (DMS), which would be highly regarded.
