As our business continues to expand across regional Western Australia, we're looking for passionate and experiencedHeavy Vehicle and Forklift Trainer/Assessorsto join our team.
Applicant can be based inBunbury/Busselton/Perth, this role offers the opportunity to travel throughout regional WA, delivering nationally recognised training and assessments in locations includingKalgoorlie, the Wheatbelt, The Great Southern, and Goldfields-Esperance regions.

About the Role
This is a mobile training position with focus on regional delivery.
You'll travel to regional sites on a drive-in/drive-out basis (front Bunbury), delivering high-quality training and assessments while representing BADT's commitment to safety and excellence.
Local training opportunities are also available in the Bunbury region; however, the primary focus is supporting our regional clients.
We currently deliver training in:
HR, HC and MC class Drivers licences
HV Pilot's licences and refresher courses.
Verification of Competency in all the above areas.
What we're looking for:
Licencing & Qualifications:
Available to work regionally for 2 weeks at a time (essential)
Open class HR, HC or MC driver's licence
Dept.
Of Transport Driving Instructors Licence (desirable) Assistance to obtain can be provided
Dept.
Of Transport Assessor Qualification (desirable) Assistance to obtain can be provided
Forklift licence (desirable) Assistance to obtain can be provided
WORKSAFE (LF) Forklift Assessors licence (desirable) Assistance to obtain can be provided
HV Pilot licence (desirable) Assistance to obtain can be provided
CurrentCert IV in Training and Assessment, or willingness to obtain
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility to work across various hours and locations
Ability to work autonomously for extended periods (7-12 days at a time)
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing

Practical experience in truck driving and other aspects of the transport industry.

Strong interpersonal skills for effective teaching and communication with students.
The ability to adapt and work in diverse environments.
