Job Opportunity: FOH Team Leader - O BAGEL Oasis
O BAGELis a fast-growing, high-volume bagel shop dedicated to quality food and exceptional service.
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivatedFront of House (FOH) Team Leaderto join our Oasis location.
The Role:
As a Team Leader, you will be the face of our shop and the engine of our daily operations.
You will ensure every customer leaves with a smile while maintaining a high standard of efficiency behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Excellence:Providing premium service and managing customer inquiries.
Barista Duties:Good-quality coffee preparation (experienced baristas highly valued).
Operations:Managing stock levels, placing orders, and handling opening/closing procedures.
Leadership:Managing and engaging the FOH team during busy shifts.
Requirements:




Essential:Solid experience in the hospitality industry.
Advantageous:Strong barista skills and previous supervisory experience.
Attributes:A bright, positive attitude and a proactive "service mind.
