CGC Recruitment are working with a High-End Residential Builder based in North Sydney who deliver Class 1 and 2 projects across the Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches up to $25m.
They have been building architectural homes for over 10 years and have won multiple awards in that time.
CGC Recruitment are working with a High-End Residential Builder based in North Sydney who deliver Class 1 and 2 projects across the Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches up to $25m.
They have been building architectural homes for over 10 years and have won multiple awards in that time.
Due to an increase in work, they are looking for a leading hand carpenter to join the team on a full time basis and working alongside an experienced site manager to deliver a $10m project in Mosman.
This role also offers a genuine career path to become a Site Manager on future projects and you will also be joining at a time where they are going to the next level in terms of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out high-quality carpentry and finishing work.
Coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities.
Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.




Ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality standards.
Maintain a secure, organised and professional worksite.
Liaise with clients, consultants and suppliers as required.
Identify and resolve on-site issues before they impact the project.
We're looking for someone who has:
Trade qualification in Carpentry.
Minimum 5 years' experience in residential or commercial construction.
Previous experience as a Leading Hand or Senior Carpenter.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while motivating a team.
White Card and current driver's licence.
Ability to read plans and solve problems on site.
A positive attitude and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
