We are currently recruiting a dedicated team of support workers to provide 24-hour care for an elderly male participant in the western suburbs.
About the Role
This is a structured, consistent roster with multiple shifts available across 7 days.
We are looking for reliable, long-term staff who can commit to ongoing hours.
Available shifts: Monday-Sunday
8am to 2pm
2pm to 10pm
10pm to 8am (active)
We are particularly seeking staff suited to sleepover/night shifts who can sustain consistency in these hours.

Client Focus
You will be supporting an elderly male within a respectful and welcoming family home.
Experience in dementia care is highly regarded.
If you do not have experience, you must be willing to learn.
YCM will provide training and ongoing support.
What We're Looking For
Reliable and consistent with strong work ethic
Willing to commit to a rotating roster long-term
Calm, patient, and respectful in approach
Strong communication with families and team
Genuine interest in building routine, stability, and trust
Certificate III (or higher) in Disability/Individual Support (or willingness to obtain)
First Aid & CPR
WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Clearance
Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
