Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Account Manager in South Australia.
The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for primarily developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and working closely with technical staff.
As the Territory Account Manager, you will be required to work closely with clients across South Australia.
This is a new business role, this is a ground up build, hunting capability is absolutely essential!
Key Accountabilities and Tasks
The Employee's Duties include the following:
Generate a sales pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and accurately forecast pipeline;
Work with the vendor and distribution community to create pipeline through indirect engagements;
Develop and provide advice to the team as to the development and penetration of new markets;
Provide reporting to management as to the activities undertaken by the employee and other sales related reporting;
Manage client relationships with a view to maintaining the existing relationship and promoting current sales and business opportunities;
Create and maintain Territory, Account and Opportunity Plans to assist with closing new business;
Actively promote products and services to both existing and potential clients;
Maintain up-to-date knowledge the current products and services and competitors and developments in the IT sector;
Negotiate contract terms and accurately complete client contracts and orders;
Achieve pipeline and target goals set out by management and
Perform other duties as stipulated by management.

Qualifications
Must have Australian Citizenship and a valid car license.
Working knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
Exceptional customer service skills with demonstrated experience in a Sales Environment.
Solid communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role (MSP experience preferred).
