Key responsibilities
Develop and reformulate products in partnership with senior food technologists, ensuring the concepts meet client specifications
Manage kitchen, pilot,



and factory trials, reporting on results and adjusting formulations accordingly
Collaborate with suppliers on ingredient and packaging solutions, driving performance and innovation
Own product documentation including BOMs, batch sheets, and specifications
Maintain shelf-life testing and ensure compliance with labelling and safety standards
Lead cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery of new products
What we're looking for
Minimum 3years' experience in the food industry, with significant NPD exposure
Degree in Food Science or Food Technology highly preferred
Proven track record working with QSR, foodservice, or industrial clients
Strong knowledge of food formulation, ingredient functionality, and scale-up processes
High computer literacy, including ERP and FoodWorks software
Hands-on, practical approach with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
