Responsibilities
Lead the functional solution design for SuccessFactors Employee Central
Design scalable frameworks that support multi-location and multi-country deployment, balancing local regulatory requirements with a global template
Translate HR policy, awards, agreements, and operational requirements into explicit EC configuration and design artefacts
Lead or support design workshops and fit-to-standard sessions
Develop functional specifications and configuration workbooks
Coordinate integration and UAT cycles, including complex scenario testing
Support cutover planning and production readiness
