As our IT Operations Manager, you'll:

Own joiner and leaver IT workflows, including provisioning laptops, peripherals and system access, as well as coordinating access removal, device recovery and equipment handovers
Manage the full device lifecycle, including procurement, configuration, deployment, repairs and replacements
Maintain an accurate asset register and inventory
Administer MDM tooling such as Jamf, Kandji, Intune or similar
Manage user access across tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion and Jira
Apply the principle of least privilege and follow security best practices when managing systems and access
Partner with Engineering and Security on access controls, audits, device posture, internal security tooling and the implementation of policies such as MFA, password management and device standards
Support technology and compliance requirements relevant to a regulated healthcare and data privacy environment
Manage relationships with external IT vendors and managed service providers
Create and maintain clear internal IT documentation, checklists and knowledge‐base resources
Identify recurring issues and implement practical, preventative solutions
Continuously improve our systems, processes and overall employee IT experience
What you'll bring
5+ years' experience in IT support, IT operations, systems administration or a similar role
Strong experience supporting macOS environments, with Windows experience considered a plus

Familiarity with common SaaS ecosystems and identity and access management
Experience managing devices, user accounts, permissions and IT assets throughout their lifecycle
A strong understanding of practical security principles, including MFA and least‐privilege access
The ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively and take ownership in a fast‐moving environment
A calm, methodical and customer‐focused approach to problem‐solving
Clear communication skills and the ability to support people with varying levels of technical confidence
Robust attention to detail and a track record of following issues through to resolution
