About the Role
As a Dental Receptionist in our thriving DB Dental Innaloo practice, you'll play a key role in clinical treatment.
You'll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way.
Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.
Skills & Experience
You have:
Minimum 1 year experience as a Dental Receptionist




Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in MS Office
Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - Desirable
You are:
Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with high attention to detail
Extremely organised, possessing strong time-management and administration skills
Confident at following guidelines and direction, multi-tasking, and working within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
