McNally is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead site-based delivery on remote Western Australian projects.
The role requires taking charge on site, building solid relationships, and ensuring works are delivered safely, to the required standard and on schedule.
You will lead the site team, direct workforce and subcontractors, while collaborating with Project Managers, clients, suppliers and internal teams to keep the project moving on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth.
