About the Role
Lead and support adiverse caseloadof clients recovering from physical and/or psychological injury or illness
Act as theprimary contactguiding clients through tailored recovery and return-to-work plans
Conduct assessments such as Initial Needs, Ergonomic, Functional Capacity, and ADLs
Collaborate with treating specialists and attend Medical Case Conferences
Build strong working relationships withemployers, insurers, allied health teams, and medical professionals




Providementorshipand skilled guidance to junior consultants

What You Will Need
Tertiary qualifications inRehabilitation Counselling, Provisional Psych, Psychology
Full AHPRA or ASORC registration
Demonstrated experience in occupational rehabilitation and return-to-work services
Current Australian driver's licence and insured vehicle
Unrestricted Australian working rights
