You will prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial and residential projects, review plans, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive quotes.
You will collaborate with project managers and designers to ensure estimates reflect scope, timelines and budgets, while improving estimating processes and maintaining cost databases.
