The Valuable Guys is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to coordinate store operations and drive profitable sales growth.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will oversee admin functions, coach the team, ensure safety and compliance, and manage multi-channel fulfillment including online and click & collect.
You will lead in-store merchandising and customer experience, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and pursue ongoing development opportunities to raise service standards.
