About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager – Victoria, the Operations Manager will provide operational leadership across our East Metro, South Metro and North Metro regions.
This highly visible position is responsible for driving operational excellence, commercial performance and continuous improvement across multiple sites.
Working closely with Regional Managers, clinical leaders and corporate teams, you will ensure exceptional patient experiences while delivering sustainable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead operational performance across multiple Victorian imaging sites.
Drive financial performance, budget delivery and commercial outcomes.
Analyse operational data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support business planning, budgeting and monthly performance reporting.
Partner with Regional Managers to build engaged, high‐performing teams.
Lead operational projects including new service implementations and business initiatives.
Ensure compliance with governance, safety and quality standards.
Build strong relationships with radiologists, hospital partners and internal stakeholders.
Support procurement, property management, contracts and operational resource planning.
Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence across the business.
About You
Extensive experience leading multi‐site operations, ideally within the healthcare environment.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, KPIs and business performance.
Exceptional leadership, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven track record of driving operational improvement and leading change initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem‐solving capabilities with confidence interpreting operational data.
Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills across all levels of an organisation.
Cooperative leadership style with a passion for developing people and delivering exceptional service.
