Product Success Director - AppBuilder
We're looking for a Product Success Director to join our AppBuilder team and help shape the future of one of TechnologyOne's most strategic products.
This is an exciting opportunity for a product leader who is passionate about building customer-led products, driving product strategy, and leading high-performing teams.
Working closely with Product, R&D; and customers, you'll define the product roadmap and champion innovation
As the Product Success Director, you'll lead a team of Product Owners, Business Analysts and Testers while collaborating across the business to deliver a market-leading low-code platform that empowers organisations to innovate faster.
You'll also support the General Manager in driving strategic initiatives and represent the General Manager where required.
What you'll be doing...
Define, own and execute the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with customer needs, business strategy and enterprise architecture.
Engage closely with customers, internal stakeholders and market trends to identify opportunities that drive product innovation.
Build and maintain a prioritised product backlog to support effective investment decisions and roadmap delivery.
Work closely with the R&D; Director and Development teams to ensure product delivery aligns with business objectives and quality expectations.
Lead customer engagement initiatives, including product communities, product prove programs and customer advocacy activities.
Drive product adoption by ensuring customers successfully realise value from new capabilities.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team while fostering a collaborative and customer-first culture.




Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance product delivery, business performance and operational efficiency.
Collaborate across Product, R&D;, Sales and Customer Success to ensure we're delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
Support and represent the General Manager across strategic business initiatives, stakeholder engagements and leadership activities where required.
Proven experience in Product Management, Product Success, Product Leadership or a similar strategic product role within an enterprise software environment.
Demonstrated experience defining and executing product strategy, roadmaps and customer-led product initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, customers and cross-functional teams.
Robust commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer outcomes, business priorities and product investment decisions.
Experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Passion for building innovative products that solve real customer problems and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Experience with enterprise SaaS products or low-code/no-code platforms would be highly regarded.
