The Role
We are seeking a passionate Senior Associate to join our team in either our Melbourne CBD or Dandenong office.
In this role you will manage a diverse caseload of matters in the areas of Wills and Estates Law, including:
Wills, Powers of Attorney and Advance Care Directives
Probate, Letters of Administration and contested grants
Estate planning and contested estate matters (e.g., Part IV applications)
Superannuation and death benefit nominations
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:LLB or JD, Victorian PC, admission to the SCV & HCA and 5+ years' of experience in the area of wills and estates law
Skills:Solid drafting, litigation, negotiation, and advocacy abilities
Traits:Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and client-focused with excellent communication skills
