What you will do
Assessment:Conduct timely and comprehensive physiotherapy assessments on Ward 7.




Rehabilitation Planning:Develop and implement personalised treatment and exercise programmes.
Patient Flow:Support safe and efficient discharge planning and transitions of care.
Clinical Collaboration:Work closely with hospital and community teams to ensure coordinated care pathways.
Outcome Monitoring:Evaluate and review patient progress, adapting interventions as needed.
Parallel Planning:Contribute to proactive care planning to optimise recovery outcomes.
Qualifications / Requirements
HCPC Registration:Must be a registered Physiotherapist.
Experience:Previous experience in acute or hospital settings is desirable.
Clinical Skills:Strong assessment and rehabilitation planning abilities.
Communication:Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
