The Opportunity: As a Founding Software Engineering Lead, you'll work directly with the founder and leadership team to build and scale a category-defining AI product from the ground up.
About You
3–6 years of software engineering experience
Experience working in startups or high-growth technology companies
Robust full-stack and/or backend engineering capabilities
A product mindset and ability to make pragmatic decisions
High ownership and a bias towards action
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Passion for AI and the future of healthcare technology
