About The Role
You'll play a key role in managing and enhancing Pioneer Credit's Microsoft 365 environment while supporting the delivery of secure, reliable and efficient technology services across the business.
Working closely with the IT team, you'll be responsible for managing access controls, supporting information governance initiatives, driving technology improvements and providing technical expertise on more complex IT matters.
This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems and staying at the forefront of Microsoft's evolving technology landscape.
Managing and enhancing Pioneer Credit's Microsoft 365 environment.
Supporting cyber security,



information governance and compliance initiatives.
Delivering system improvements and technology projects.
Providing escalation support for complex IT issues.
Assisting with broader systems administration and operational support activities.
About You
You will bring strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, sound technical judgement and a practical approach to supporting secure and reliable technology services.
We're looking for someone who has:
Broad knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
A demonstrated understanding of ITIL principles.
Experience working in IT-related roles.
Qualifications or experience across Microsoft Azure/Entra, Microsoft 365 and online services such as SharePoint, Purview and Defender.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive approach to continuous learning and keeping up with Microsoft 365 product developments.
