You will partner with a multidisciplinary team to assess functional mobility, deliver targeted therapy, and coordinate mobility aids with external suppliers.
Flexibility to work school hours and hybrid arrangements are available, with CPD support and supervision.
Applicants must be registered with AHPRA and hold NDIS Worker Check, with a NSW driver
