The Role
We're looking for aCustomer Success Manager with robust HVAC or building services experienceto lead portfolios of complex commercial buildings.
This is not a traditional SaaS customer success role.
You'll still be using your engineering expertise every day — analysing system behaviour, guiding operational decisions, and helping customers improve how their buildings actually run.
It's atechnical leadership rolewhere you'll guide how customers use CIM's platform to improve building performance across their portfolios.
You'll work closely with operations teams, engineering partners, and internal Customer Success Engineers to ensure issues don't just get detected — they get owned, actioned, and resolved.




You'll combine technical credibility, portfolio leadership, and trusted customer relationships to deliver measurable improvements in building performance.
