Coordinate with workshop/ops for vehicle readiness and delivery preparation.
Keep the showroom presentable: vehicles, signage, and daily basics.
Assist with handovers, photos, and customer communications.

What we're looking for
Strong communication and a friendly, qualified attitude.
Good organisation: you follow checklists and you don't drop tasks.
Comfortable using basic software (email, calendar, CRM).
Reliable and punctual.
Nice to have
Previous retail/hospitality/customer service experience.
Interest in cars (JDM knowledge is a plus, not required).
