You'll partner with Heads of People & Culture to shape recruitment, onboarding, performance, wellbeing and compliance for around 200 APAC staff across a quick‐growing global edtech team.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you'll own employee experience end‐to‐end, maintain BambooHR and HR data insights, and lead culture initiatives from Sydney with a hybrid work model.
