Client Service Executive (Holiday Property Manager) - Management Rights Focus

About The Role
We are on the lookout for a hands-on Holiday Property Manager to take care of a boutique portfolio of premium holiday properties right in the heart of Hastings Street.
This is a fast-paced, all-rounder role where you'll be the key person on the ground making sure our properties are looking their best, owners feel supported, and guests have a great experience.
You won't be managing reservations - that's handled by our reservations team - so you can focus on what you do best: ensuring the properties are maintained to the highest standards, any issues are sorted quickly, and the owners have confidence their property is in good hands.
You'll be working with a tight-knit, down-to-earth team who work hard, support each other, and know how to have a laugh.
While we take what we do seriously, we also believe it's important to enjoy where we work and there aren't many better spots than Hastings Street.
Key Responsibilities
Property & Owner Management
Build solid, proactive relationships with property owners, keeping them informed and supported.
Regular property inspections to ensure everything is up to scratch and guest-ready.
Recommend styling and maintenance improvements to help owners maximise returns and keep properties looking fresh.
Oversee and coordinate all property maintenance, from quick fixes to major works, keeping on top of costs and timelines.
Guest Experience
Monitor guest feedback and keep an eye on reviews, always looking for ways to improve.
Be ready to step in if any guest issues escalates - solving problems quickly and professionally.




Revenue & Performance Management
Work with your Holiday Manager to set and adjust nightly rates in line with market demand and events.
Monitor property performance and help ensure we're maximising returns for owners.
Collaborate with the reservations and marketing teams to keep listings looking sharp and fully optimised.
Operations & Compliance
Coordinate with cleaning teams, contractors, and suppliers to maintain high standards.
Manage key handovers and check-in processes, making it as simple as possible for guests.
Ensure Body Corporate by-laws and STRA rules are followed and stay across compliance requirements.
Contribute to after-hours support as part of the team.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Previous experience managing holiday accommodation, ideally in Management Rights or similar.
Strong maintenance and contractor coordination skills.
Experience with rate setting and revenue management.
Highly organised with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
Clear communicator who is comfortable dealing with owners, guests, and contractors.
Confident using property management systems (RMS, Hirum, HomHero, Guesty).
Local knowledge of Noosa and STRA regulations (or willing to learn fast).
Driver's Licence required.
