The Role:
Managing theend-to-end process for residential loans.
Generating new businessopportunities &converting; leads.
Key relationships withAccountants/Financial Advisers/Real Estate Professionals
Building referral networks, identifying opportunities within existing & new client bases.
Reading financial statements e.g.balance sheets, P&L; reports.
About you:
Proven expertise acrossBusiness Development, Relationship Management, Home Loan Writing.
Robust knowledge ofResidential Lending/Mortgage Broking
5+ yearsin mortgage broking/lending.
ACL/Credit Repqualified andcompliant CPDrecords.
