General Manager - App Builder (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)
As a General Manager - App Builder at TechnologyOne, you'll lead a talented team of specialists across R&D;, product success, delivery, training, testing, and customer support.
Your mission is to evolve and grow our App Builder platform, empowering customers to rapidly build, deploy, and manage applications within the TechnologyOne ecosystem through a secure, scalable, and easy-to-use no-code experience.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity, offering the chance to shape the strategy, growth, and success of one of TechnologyOne's key SaaS platforms while working closely with customers, industry stakeholders, and cross-functional teams across the business.
What you'll be doing...
Leading the development and execution of your strategy, ensuring progress is communicated and outcomes are achieved.
Providing thought leadership, identifying opportunities to strengthen long-term profitability and competitiveness.
Applying disciplined portfolio management and data-driven decision-making to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Overseeing the full product lifecycle - from design and prototype through to testing, launch, and release.
Anticipating customer and industry trends to manage risk and maximise product advantage.
Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and customer advocacy.
Taking full P&L; accountability, optimising resources, and managing the business unit budget.
Building, motivating, and developing a collaborative and achievement-focused team culture.
Attracting and retaining top talent through effective succession planning, skills development, and engagement initiatives.
Driving continuous improvement in systems, processes, and practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Experience leading application platform, low-code/no-code, ERP,



SaaS, or enterprise software products.
Strong industry and technical knowledge (TechnologyOne expertise highly regarded).
Exposure to TechnologyOne App Builder, low-code platforms, enterprise application platforms, or adjacent technologies will be highly regarded.
Proven leadership capability, with experience delivering strategic goals through high-performing teams.
Skilled communicator, able to set vision, provide direction, and share information clearly and openly.
Commercial acumen, with a data-informed approach to decision making that balances profitability, enterprise strategy, and customer needs.
Passion for enabling customer innovation through intuitive product experiences that accelerate time-to-value and business outcomes.
Ability to drive product strategy for platforms that empower customers to build, deploy, and manage applications while reducing reliance on manual processes, spreadsheets, and third-party systems.
