You will prepare accurate estimates from initial sales pricing through to final contract costings, coordinating with Sales, Drafting, Construction, suppliers and clients to ensure projects are ready for construction.
You will manage BOQs and quantity take-offs, maintain pricing data in Databuild, review estimates for accuracy, and collaborate with engineers, trade partners and clients to deliver
