About the role
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you'll work with individuals, their families, and support networks to develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans that promote safety, choice, and independence.
You'll use your clinical expertise to:
Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop evidence‐based strategies.
Complete interim and comprehensive behaviour support plans.
Collaborate with families, support workers, and allied health professionals.
Build the capacity of support teams through coaching and mentoring.
About you




You're an empathetic professional who thrives on helping others reach their potential.
You bring
A tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or related field.
Registration preferably as a Core or Proficient Practitioner.
Experience developing and implementing PBS plans in complex settings.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
Strong IT, admin and organisational skills as you will be working with billable time.
A valid driver's licence, willingness to drive, and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain).
