You will handle calls, bookings and service issues with care, supporting major accounts and high‐value customers while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
You'll report to the Customer Service Supervisor, work with subcontractors and internal teams, promote online tools, and help with reporting and admin tasks as part of a energetic, high‐volume logistics environment.
