Puratos is seeking an R&D; Technologist for Fillings and Decors.
You will lead projects related to fruit fillings, cream fillings and decors, driving innovation and cost improvements.
This role involves supporting production, feasibility studies, and collaborating with regional and global R&D; teams.
The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in R&D;/technical roles, knowledge of starch/hydrocolloids and baked goods, and fluent English for communication.
A food science or engineering background is preferred.
