Partner with Operations, Workforce Planning and Finance teams to deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
Provide insightful analysis of financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
Support forecasting, budgeting and labour planning processes across multiple cost centres.
Deliver cost-to-serve and productivity analysis to support operational decision-making.
Develop and standardise financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate performance visibility.
Prepare clear and concise commentary on financial results and key business drivers for senior stakeholders.
Monitor financial performance and proactively communicate risks, variances and corrective actions.
Support the integrity, accuracy and governance of financial data and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational performance initiatives.
Strong experience in a Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Finance Business Partner or Management Accountant role.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
Experience supporting operational, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing or distribution environments will be highly regarded.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

CA/CPA qualified (or nearing completion).
Robust experience in a Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Finance Business Partner or Management Accountant role.
