About The Role...
This role is a Full‐time position, based in Tuggerah.
This wonderful opportunity is for someone who is passionate about community support, who enjoys guiding and developing others, and who has a genuine interest to partner with, and learn from experienced and inspiring colleagues and senior leaders.
It is responsible for the leadership and development of a small team that delivers multiple NDIS funded programs in the areas Individualised Support and group (predominantly capacity‐building).
Reporting to the Regional Manager and working alongside other Team Leaders, your day‐to‐day role will include: -
Ensuring the effective delivery of quality services
Development of your team providing mentoring and supervision to expand their knowledge and careers
Support the strategic development of your portfolio through strong customer service and some business development
Overseeing the day‐to‐day operations of Core and capacity building services, ensuring high-quality, client‐focused support
Strengthening relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer service.
Supporting the strategic development of services, including service growth and business development.
About You...
This career opportunity is ideally suited to candidates who have had leadership experience in an NDIS program (Eg Support Coordination or Individualised Support) at a minimum, and looking to expand their knowledge and expertise across multiple programs.
Your leadership foundations are solid in the areas of staff development and customer service, and you are a knowledgeable go‐to person in the NDIS space.
Candidates in a 2ic position or who have had the opportunity to act in a leadership role previously are encouraged to apply.
