Current Systems - PropertyMe, Inspection Express and Inspect Real Estate.
Your tasks will include:
Landlord Relationships and Retention
Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals
Leading the team of an Assistant Property Manager and a Admin Assistant
New Management Handover with support from Admin
Properties Under Management will be *******
No Saturdays
To be successful in this role you will have:
Minimum 5 years experience in property management
Experience in managing more than 200 properties with an assistant property manager
Exceptional customer service
Demonstrate excellent organisational, negotiation and analytical skills including being proactive, efficient and having an eye for detail.
Be able to follow processes and identify areas for improvement and efficiency
Driver's license and reliable car
Agents Representative Certificate
PropertyMe experience preferred.
Flexibility to work one day from home.
