The Breakwater in Perth's iconic waterfront venue is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team.
You will coach and develop supervisors, ensure top service standards, manage reservations and floor plans, and drive labour cost efficiency in a high-volume setting.
Reporting to the leadership team, you'll collaborate with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences while enforcing safety, licensing, and company policies.
