About the role...
At Luv Bridal, our marketing team plays an important role in bringing our brand to life, connecting with our brides, and creating meaningful experiences throughout our bridal journey.
We are looking for a creative, organised, and commercially minded Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract and help shape the way we show up across our content, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.
This is a hands‐on role where you will take ownership of marketing deliverables, coordinate content plans, manage EDM and website activity, and work closely with our creative team to bring ideas from concept through to execution.

About you...
2–3 years' experience in a marketing role, either as a Senior Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Manager.
Strong generalist marketing experience, with a passion for content, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
Experience managing content calendars, marketing deliverables, and campaign timelines.
Experience managing EDM campaigns (Klaviyo experience highly regarded) and website updates (WordPress experience highly regarded).
A creative mindset with the ability to brief designers and bring campaign concepts to life.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
A collaborative, proactive approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
A genuine passion for bridal and fashion, with an understanding of current trends and how to incorporate them into engaging content that resonates with our brides.
Oversee content shoots and creative production from concept through to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand identity and creative direction.
Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across social, web, email, print, and digital channels.
Lead the development of content themes, campaign narratives, and platform‐specific content plans.
Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and UGC partnerships, including briefs, approvals, deliverables, and performance tracking.




Work closely with retail and sales teams to execute showroom marketing initiatives, events, launches, and local activations.
Partner with our Digital Specialist to align paid and organic content with overarching brand campaigns and performance goals.
Manage website and email marketing content, including seasonal updates, campaigns automations, and customer communications.
Coordinate traditional marketing initiatives including print, media features, sponsorships, and offline campaigns.
