As a key member of our leadership team, youwill champion a peoples-first culture, lead transformationalworkforce initiatives and ensure our organisation continues toattract, develop and retain exceptional talent.
What will a typical day look like?
Provide strategicleadership to our People and Culture team across HumanResources, Payroll, Learning and Development, Recruitment andOnboarding and Site operations.
Drive workforceplanning and people strategies aligned with AnglicareCQ'sStrategic Plan.
Partner withexecutive and senior leaders to provide expert advice onworkforce performance, employee relations, culture, complianceand organisational development.
Using peopleanalytics and workforce insights to support continuousimprovement and informed decision making
Building ahigh-performing, values-driven culture that enables our peopleand services to achieve their full potential.
MandatoryRequirements
Arelevant tertiary qualification in human resources (or relateddiscipline).
Minimum of 5 yearsrelevant experience at a managerial level.

What you willbring to the role
Apassion and genuine desire to make a difference in the lives ofCentral Queenslanders.
Proven ability tobuild and maintain relationships with a variety ofstakeholders.
Theability to identify and embed solutions.
Demonstratedexperience working within a high-performance framework whereyou are accountable for KPIs on program delivery and outcomes,within a face-paced solutions focussed environment.
Effective timemanagement and organisational skills.
Astrong communicator, able to quickly build rapport andinfluence across a diverse range of people.

Ability to obtain aBlue Card (working with children check positive notice orexemption)
Ability to obtain aYellow Card (disability services positive notice or exemptionnotice)
