You will lead underground development and production, manage shift supervisors, and drive safety and cost performance in a quick-paced environment.
The role requires a WA Underground Shift Supervisor Certificate of Competency, a WA C-Class Driver's Licence, and proven experience in mechanised hard-rock mining.
A strong focus on safety, team leadership, and continuous improvement is essential.
