Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking an Advisor (Program Performance)to provide high-level governance, reporting and program performance support within a large and complex program delivery environment.
This role plays a key part in ensuring governance processes, reporting frameworks and program information remain accurate, consistent and compliant while supporting successful project outcomes.
Rate:$***** per hour + super
Location:Flinders Street, Townsville
Contract Length:12 month contract with possible 12 month extension
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing agendas, governance papers and briefing materials for regional and statewide steering committees and boards.
Coordinating meeting minutes, action registers and escalation pathways to ensure timely completion of governance activities.
Maintaining program and project change control documentation.
Monitoring and updating risk, issue and dependency registers.
Supporting governance reporting through accurate program data validation and analysis.
Maintaining program records and evidence to support compliance and audit requirements.
Recording and tracking escalation change requests through to completion.
Supporting capacity planning and the effective utilisation of Subject Matter Experts.
Preparing executive reporting and governance documentation using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Promoting consistency in governance processes and reporting across multiple districts.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Previous experience in program or project controls, governance, reporting or project support within a complex delivery environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the preparation of executive correspondence, briefing notes and governance documentation.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for executive reporting.
Experience using SharePoint, dashboards, registers or similar project and program management systems.
Strong analytical ability with exceptional attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Well-developed stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
