The Role:
As the WSI AirportWarehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and overall effective performance of the warehouse.
Working as part of a broader management team, you will ensure that overall performance targets are achieved in relation to profit contribution, quality, and landlord expectations.
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage all warehouse operations, inventory control, stock movements, and replenishment activities.
Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse and store support teams.
Manage rostering, payroll administration, leave approvals, recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
Monitor operational costs, labour budgets, and profitability targets.
Ensure compliance with safety, HR, company policies, and loss prevention procedures.
Maintain accurate inventory records, reporting, invoicing, and stocktake processes.
Support merchandising standards, promotional activities, and product availability.
Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Drive a protected, productive, and positive workplace culture.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in inventory management leadership roles.
Strong people management and team development skills.
Experience in KPI and performance management.
Logistics and supply chain knowledge.
Strong understanding of stock control systems, inventory management, and reporting.




High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to workplace safety, compliance, and customer service excellence.
Valid ASIC/AVSEC pass (or eligibility to obtain and maintain).
Availability for open/close, weekends, and public holidays is expected.
