You'll play an important role in enabling our teams to focus on what they do best: delivering exceptional care to our residents.
Reporting to the IT Service Desk State Lead (VIC), you'll be the first point of contact for technical support, ensuring our teams can effectively use technology to support residents and deliver outstanding care.
This is a hands‐on role that will see you supporting both our Head Office inCheltenhamand our aged care homes across Victoria, includingClyde and Wallanand occasional interstate travel may be required, once per quarter.

You'll typically spendthree days each weekvisiting our residential aged care homes andtwo daysat our Head Office in Cheltenham.
If you enjoy variety and working across different locations, this role offers a excellent mix of onsite support and team collaboration.
All work‐related travel will be reimbursed in line with company policy.
What You Will Be Doing
Provide Level 1 IT support and troubleshoot user issues
Deliver onsite support across aged care facilities and head office (3 days onsite 2 days head office) plus travel once a quarter interstate if required
Deploy and maintain devices, peripherals and IT assets
Support Microsoft 365 applications and user accounts
Manage employee onboarding, device setup and offboarding
Escalate complex issues and contribute to service improvements
What you will bring;
Prior experience in IT Support, Service Desk or Desktop Support
Experience supporting Windows ***** environments
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications
Experience configuring and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, mobile devices and printers
Understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft 365 administration
Strong troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills
Current Victorian Driver's Licence & reliable car
Willingness to travel between facilities, head office and interstate
Valid right to Work in Australia
Current National Police check/ NDIS check (or willingness to obtain)
Qualifications
Certificate IV or Diploma in Information Technology, or equivalent experience
