Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and quality improvement practices
A deep commitment to child safety, cultural safety and creating inclusive environments where every child belongs
Kind, courageous leadership that builds trust, develops capability and inspires teams to thrive
Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
Experience managing performance, compliance, operations and continuous improvement initiatives
You are comfortable balancing heart and accountability, supporting your people while driving strong performance, maintaining quality standards and creating a centre culture where children, families and educators flourish.
